What data we collect
Data you send us. When you fill in the form on the Contacts page we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your company and phone number, together with the content of your message.
Data collected automatically. Like every website, our server records in its logs the IP address, date and time of the visit, browser type and requested page: these are technical data, used for security and to keep the service running.
Cookies. The site uses necessary technical cookies and, only with your consent, measurement cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Why we process them and on which legal basis
- Answering your requests — pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Security and proper functioning of the site — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Non-necessary cookies — only with prior consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Legal obligations — where retention is required by tax or civil law (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How long we keep them
Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, in case of a business relationship, for its duration and the subsequent statutory periods. Technical server logs are kept for a limited time, generally no longer than 12 months. Your cookie choice is remembered for 6 months.
Who we share data with
Data may be processed by authorised staff and by suppliers acting as data processors: our hosting provider, the email service and, where enabled, statistical measurement tools. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Data are processed within the European Union. Should a supplier process them outside the EU, this will only happen with the safeguards set out in articles 44 and following of the GDPR.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us for access to your data, their correction or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to: info@sicaconserve.it
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Providing your data
Providing the data marked as required in the contact form is necessary for us to reply: without them we cannot follow up on your request. All other data are optional.
